I stopped in to check the place out and really enjoyed it! I got a coffee and a roast beef panini, both of which i enjoyed. The sandwich came with some really good kettle chips and a very crunchy pickle. I got the 1844 coffee and it was a great, not too sweet like some places. They also have local popcorn, honey, snacks and Bobbie-Q BBQ sauce and homestyle noodles!

I visited East Street Provisions all the way from Evansville, Indiana. I had heard wonderful things from friends who live in the area, and knew I had to check it out when I paid them a visit. I went fairly early in the morning and had the most delicious Vanilla Lavender latte. I also ordered the lemon and blueberry donuts. Both were phenomenal, but the blueberry was the best donut I have EVER tasted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will have to make a trip back to try their lunch options, because they look equally amazing!

The coffee and donuts are great. I can't wait to go back to try the brick oven pizza. Tipton is moving up in the world.

A neat little place kind of tucked away off the main drag. Stop by for a snack or treat. Gourmet popcorn, donuts made fresh, drinks... So much going on here and they are constantly improving. Like most places in Tipton the people are really friendly. A good place to hit up if you want to linger with family or friends.

Definitely worth checking out! The donuts were soft on the inside and with a nice crisp outside. They were perfect, not covered in sugar or over processed. The turkey panini was cooked perfectly and loved the compliment of the flavors and textures. We will definitely be back to try more and can't wait for warmer weather to take advantage of the outside seating area.

I ordered a triple cheese panini and broccoli cheddar soup! It was ready quickly and it was delicious! I can't wait to try other offerings and hopefully sit outside when the weather gets better. In addition to their popcorn products, they have other locally sourced goods you can purchase as well. Super cute place!

Wow what a fun & ADORABLE little place! Second time trying the "1844" iced coffee special - so so yum - maple + lavender syrup. Soft music playing, cozy spots to work or relax, just the perfect lil' small town coffee shop!!

The salad was delicious and fresh. I bought candied pecans and kettle corn to take home, and they were both fresh, and my family loved it. I also bought gooey butter cookies made by Rosie's Cafe. They were also delicious. The staff was friendly.
